All custom Wigs and Toppers (cut/colored) are non-refundable.
When it comes to Wigs and human hair Toppers, it's important to understand the return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth experience. At INTEGRITY WIGS, we offer a fair policy that aims to protect both our customers and our business.
Return Policy for Non-Customized Toppers and Wigs
If you have purchased a non-customized hair topper, or Wig you have the option to a ONE TIME exchange it or return it for a partial refund. However, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
To qualify for a return or one time exchange, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The wig or topper must be in its original condition and not customized or modified in any way. This means it should be the original hair wig/topper/piece from INTEGRITY WIGS without any alterations in color, cut, or process treatment.
- Within 2 business days of receiving the topper, send an email to Brenda@integritywigs.com stating your intention to return or exchange the piece. Signatures are always required when receiving toppers. It is in your best interest to acquire INSURANCE to cover for loss or damage upon returning to us as if it's lost upon return it will cover the loss.
- Return the hair wig/topper within 2 days after receiving it. The return shipping should be postmarked within this two-business day window.
- The returned hair wig/topper must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should not be cut, colored, or subjected to any heat styling (such as curling iron, flat iron, or blow drying) or products, including spray and fragrance.
Please note that any damage caused to the hair topper while in your possession or control, both upon delivery and return, will not qualify for our exchange or return policy. If you fail to meet the return/exchange policy, we will return the piece to you at your own cost.
Restocking Fee and Final Acceptance Criteria
For returned wig/ toppers that are not part of an Integrity Wigs personnel approved exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee applies to all non-exchange returns without any exceptions.
It's important to understand that we reserve the right to determine the final acceptance criteria and qualification for the hair wig/topper's conditional return or exchange. We will assess the returned topper to ensure it meets our standards and policies.
Inspecting Your Wig/Topper Upon Arrival
Upon receiving your hair Wig/topper, it's crucial to inspect it immediately. If you notice any damage, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier without delay. Additionally, please contact us via email at Brenda@integritywigs.com and provide photos of the damage along with the claim number from the carrier.
