How do I ensure the proper fit for my topper, sports hair or wig purchase?

How do I customize my new wig, topper and/or extensions? 

We offer mail-in only customizations and on any piece you purchase from us but our in-house cosmetologists are always available for questions, email us at contact@integritywigs.com

Are you a strictly online store? That is correct. At this time, we are strictly managed via online + mail order only. 

All Premium Collection wigs are made custom in-house - so no two are identical, and are only available while supplies last. Be uniquely YOU! Please note, all custom wigs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Returns + Exchanges

We understand that monitors and lighting can make a piece look different, and we at Integrity Wigs will do everything we can to give as accurate a description as possible. Please make sure you have measured for your cap size for best fit. Small = 20-21" / Medium = 22" / Large = 23" / Extra Large = 24"

Style may differ due to the difference in facial shapes/features and head shapes.

Please note, if wigs, toppers or any other human hair product(s) are received with odors or visible wear (i.e. cigarette smoke, perfumes, cologne and/or makeup) or removal of original hang tag - the return will be voided and no refund will be issued. 

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY CUSTOMIZED OR CUSTOM MADE PIECE

If there is a mistake or a manufacturer’s defect, we will take steps to have the issue rectified, but notification of mistakes must be made within 48 hours of delivery – email us at contact@integritywigs.com.

    Please note, refunds and exchanges are granted at the sole discretion of management if there is no mistake on the part of the company or as a result of a manufacturer defect. If a refund is granted, the cost of the item will be refunded excluding taxes and shipping, and a 10% restocking fee which will be applied to your final invoice. Returns must be requested with 48hrs within receiving Integrity Wigs package(s) via email to contact@integritywigs.com - and must be postmarked within 72hrs.

    Return shipping fees are the customers responsibility.

     

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations must be made within 24hrs and prior to the issuing of a shipping notification. To do so, please promptly email contact@integritywigs.com with your order number and the reason for your canceled order. Any cancellations after the 24hr period or following a shipping notification has been issued will be considered a full return and is subject to return fees as stated above.

     

    Shipping

    All shipping fees and/or promotions apply to US Ground shipments only.

    Integrity Wigs is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. Any refused international packages will only be refunded 50% of the total amount of the products. Please note, as of May 1, 2023 we no longer ship to Canada.

    Signature Required Note: Integrity Wigs offers a signature requirement for clients to accept shipments/orders over $500; the client can have that waived through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability; therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package and Integrity Wigs is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

    For shipments returned to Integrity Wigs due to an inaccurate address or refusal upon delivery, there will be a $20 fee automatically charged, which may be in addition to a 10% restocking fee for opened packages. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, including with returns of any kind.

    Refusal to pick up a package at your designated carrier, following notification, may result in the item being returned to us which qualifies as an unauthorized return and will not be accepted.

    If you have any shipping questions or concerns, we must receive an email within 48hrs of package delivery (please send inquiries to contact@integritywigs.com and include tracking ID).  

    Integrity Wigs is not responsible for any shipping delays or damages that may occur in the shipping process – should you encounter either please contact the carrier directly as indicated on your Integrity Wigs order confirmation. Please note, the average shipment is 1-2 weeks for domestic packages and 2-4 weeks for international more-or-less but is not guaranteed.
