Customization Service: Pieces purchased from Integrity Wigs include one complimentary customization. Once customization begins, the item becomes final sale. Additional customizations (re-customizations after wear, color changes, etc.) are paid services.
Non-Customized Items: May be returned within 5 days of receipt with a 15% restocking fee if unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and free from odors. Customer pays return shipping and insurance.
No Returns On: Custom ordered pieces, custom work (cuts/colors/styling), rush orders, cut lace, odor contamination (smoke/perfume/products), or medical wigs.
