Custom Orders: All custom-ordered or customized pieces are FINAL SALE. Once your order is paid for and placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be stopped, cancelled, or refunded. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.
Pre-Orders (Out-of-Stock): Require a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel after we've placed the order with our supplier, a 15% restocking fee applies plus return shipping costs and insurance.
In-Stock Items (Non-Customized): May be returned within 5 days of receiving with a 15% restocking fee if unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with tags, no products in hair, and free from odors. You must contact us first at contact@integritywigs.com for return authorization. Customer pays return shipping.
Customization Service: Pieces purchased from us include one complimentary customization. Once customization begins, the item becomes final sale. Additional customizations are paid services.
