SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship via standard USPS, FedEx, or UPS
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Expedited shipping (2-day, overnight, etc.) available at additional cost
    • customer pays for faster service

Processing Time:

  • In-stock items: Ships within 1-3 business days
  • Custom ordered pieces: Processing time varies based on customization requirements
  • Rush orders: Available upon request for additional fee

Shipping Responsibility:

  • We carefully package all items for safe delivery
  • Once shipped, items are the responsibility of the carrier
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit
  • We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items

Returns Shipping:

  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Items must be returned via carrier of your choice
  • Must be postmarked no later than the fifth day after receipt
  • Strongly suggested you purchase insurance to cover the cost in case it's lost as we will not offer refunds on lost items
