REFUND POLICY
RETURNS
- Returns must be postmarked within 3 days of receipt
- Exception: If you cannot meet the 3-day deadline due to a holiday, contact us immediately to arrange an extension
- Item must be unworn, unaltered, with original tags and packaging
- No hair products, smoke, or perfumes will be accepted
- Hair pieces must be in original, untouched condition
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- 10% restocking fee applies to all returns
- Returns with any scent, product residue, or alteration will be rejected and returned to customer at their expense
REFUNDS
- Refund amount will be the purchase price minus 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item in acceptable condition
SHIPPING
- Customer pays return shipping on all returns
- Expedited/overnight shipping available at customer's expense
CUSTOM & SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom Order Requirements:
- 50% deposit required on all custom orders at time of order placement
- Remaining 50% due before shipment
- Custom orders are FINAL SALE — no returns, exchanges, or refunds
- Any customizations made to a wig (color alterations, cap adjustments, length modifications, etc.) make it a FINAL SALE
- Made-to-order wigs are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins
Before Ordering Custom:
- Confirm all specifications (color, length, cap size, lace type) before placing order
- Request consultation if unsure about customization options
- Understand that custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins
ALTERATIONS & CUSTOMIZATION DISCLAIMER
Any wig or topper purchased from Integrity Wigs that is subsequently altered, cut, colored, or otherwise customized to a customer's specifications — whether performed by our in-house stylist Cheryl Hill or any outside hairdresser or stylist — is FINAL SALE, non-refundable, and non-returnable.
Once any alteration or customization has been made to a purchased item, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
- Cutting or trimming
- Coloring, toning, or bleaching
- Cap adjustments or resizing
- Any other modification made to meet customer specifications
Any alterations performed by a third-party stylist are done entirely at the customer's own risk. Integrity Wigs assumes no responsibility for damage or dissatisfaction resulting from outside services.
Why This Policy: We want you to be completely happy with our products. These guidelines ensure we can provide you with the highest quality custom pieces while maintaining fair practices for all customers. Custom and altered pieces are created or modified specifically for you and cannot be resold, which is why we must maintain a strict no-return policy on these items.
AFFILIATE COMMISSIONS & REVIEW REWARDS
Affiliate commissions and review rewards are paid only after the return period expires. If a product is returned, any associated affiliate commissions or review bonuses are voided.
