Cancellation policy

Purchase options cancellation policy Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. Pre-orders (Out-of-Stock Items) When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock product not yet in inventory. We require a non-refundable deposit at checkout before we place the order with our supplier. If you need to cancel a pre-order after we've placed it with our supplier, a 15% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and must purchase insurance to cover the cost in case it's lost - we will not offer refunds on lost items.
