Pre-Orders (Out-of-Stock):Ā Require a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel after we've placed the order with our supplier, a 15% restocking fee applies plus return shipping costs and insurance.
In-Stock Items (Non-Customized):Ā May be returned within 5 days of receiving with a 15% restocking fee if unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with tags, no products in hair, and free from odors. You must contact us first at contact@integritywigs.com for return authorization. Customer pays return shipping.
