NO RETURNS:
Custom ordered pieces, custom work (cuts/colors/styling), rush orders, cut lace, odor contamination (smoke/perfume/products), medical wigs, final sale items.
LIMITED RETURNS:
Non-customized items only - 15% restocking fee, must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt, original condition, customer pays return shipping & insurance. No refunds on lost returns.
CUSTOMIZATION:
Pieces purchased from us include one complimentary customization. Additional work (re-customizations after wear, color changes, etc.) are paid services. Outside vendor pieces are paid customization services from the start.
SHIPPING:
Standard USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Expedited shipping available at additional cost. Shipping costs non-refundable. Insurance strongly recommended.

Custom Orders: All custom-ordered or customized pieces are FINAL SALE. Once your order is paid for and placed, it immediately goes into production and cannot be stopped, cancelled, or refunded. Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit.
Pre-Orders (Out-of-Stock): Require a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel after we've placed the order with our supplier, a 15% restocking fee applies plus return shipping costs and insurance.
In-Stock Items (Non-Customized): May be returned within 5 days of receiving with a 15% restocking fee if unworn, unaltered, in original packaging with tags, no products in hair, and free from odors.
