LIMITED RETURNS: Non-customized items only – 15% restocking fee applies, must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt in original unworn condition with tags. Customer pays return shipping and insurance. No refunds on lost returns.
CUSTOMIZATION: Pieces purchased from Integrity Wigs include one complimentary customization. Additional work (re-customizations after wear, color changes, etc.) are paid services. Outside vendor pieces require paid customization services from the start.
